Earn Money With Survey Junkie

Survey Junkie

If you’ve been following this blog for a while, you’ll know that I’ve briefly talked about Survey Junkie in the past. However, I thought this would be a good time to make a dedicated blog where I go in-depth about this website. Many people gloss over them because they don’t know how it works. However, I thought that if I got more into the nitty-gritty of how they work, some people will be more likely to use them as a way to make a little extra money in their spare time. After all, everyone can use a little extra cash, right?

What Is Survey Junkie?

Survey Junkie (free and quick sign up) is a website that turns surveys into opportunity. The premise of this website is that you can do surveys and earn money. Each survey is worth a different amount and takes a set amount of time to finish. Usually, the longer it takes, the more the survey pays out. However, there are times where shorter surveys can pay more. This is usually the case for surveys that provide a lot of value.

Some surveys take 5 minutes while others can take up to thirty. This may seem like a long time but remember. There are multiple surveys every day. This means that if you can’t do the longer ones during your lunch break, chances are there are shorter ones with great payouts.

How Much Money Can I Make?

This question has an answer that varies depending on the person who is using Survey Junkie. Doing a quick google search, you’ll see people who’ve redeemed hundreds of dollars from Survey Junkie. Therefore, there is money to be made. That being said, you won’t be making hundreds of dollars a day. This is due to the fact that each survey comes with specific earnings potential.

Here is what your average survey offer will look like. Each survey has a set point amount. Each point represents $0.01. Therefore, this survey will pay you out $0.95 just for completing it! It is important to note that 16 minutes is the average amount of time it takes to complete the survey. This means that you can take less or more time depending on how efficient you are. As you can see, this can really add up.

A few surveys during your lunch break for a few days and you’ve earned an additional $10 before you know it. There are new surveys being displayed all the time. Therefore, if you were to complete all your current surveys, there is a good possibility that more will be available in a few hours.

Another point to mention is that when you first sign-up, they make it easier for you to earn points. They will ask you to complete your profile by adding your various interests in certain categories. These categories can be in travel, health, etc. By completing your overall profile (which takes only a few minutes), you will receive 50 points.

In all honesty, Survey Junkie is very simple in how it works, the payout system and the signup process. You create your account in under 5 minutes, get surveys, complete them, earn points and cash out! ($10 minimum) Earning money is becoming easier as time progresses. However, there is one thing that many people don’t discuss when it comes to Survey Junkie. Activity Preferences.

How Many Surveys Can I Do?

As you may know, there are not an unlimited amount of surveys that you can do. Every day they’ll give you a certain amount of surveys to complete. Furthermore, throughout the day there will constantly be new surveys that can be done, some of them may even be specific to you! Survey Junkie sends out email reminders when you have more available or if they have one that is catered to you.

The picture above is a quick snapshot of my personal profile. As you can see, I have quite a lot of surveys that are available to me. If you were to add up all of these points, I could garner 645 points or $6.45. However, there is an important reason as to why I displayed this picture.

First, even though you may see the survey, they are sometimes limited. This means they have a set amount of people who are able to do the survey. Once they reach this threshold, the survey will no longer be available. This creates a certain amount of urgency to make sure that people are doing their surveys. However, you may not qualify some surveys. This is due to the fact that some of the surveys are trying to generate information from a very specific demographic.

Second, if you look closely, you’ll see that the diamonds vary in color. Based on the information that you fill into Survey Junkie, they color coordinate the diamonds based on how likely you are to qualify for a survey. Green is the most likely and red is the least. It can be a bit frustrating when you don’t qualify for an ad. However, Survey Junkie will still give you points for not qualifying!

Is It Worth Your Time?

This answer really depends. If you work all day and doing surveys would hinder you from making money in any sort of way. It wouldn’t be worth your time. However, if you have free time (like most people do) it is definitely worth your time. Unless you’re a social media mogul who makes money off of Instagram, doing surveys to earn money is probably a better use of your time. Instead of gliding through your social media while eating your lunch, do a couple of surveys, they really do add up.

To end off, here are a few testimonials from those who have used Survey Junkie. I’ll link the full page here, just in case you want to check it out in more detail.
